The poetry collection is a compilation of poems written at different phases of the poet’s (Naagasei Porkavi) life. His poems carry varying themes of childhood, love, politics and Buddhism. His writing exposes the cunning and brutal system of caste; his understanding and self-realization of his position in the society, and eventual embracing of Buddhism as an adult.
